Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gryntor Technologies' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Gryntor Technologies provides technology consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and related services including but not limited to:

• • Technology consulting and strategy
• • AI and machine learning implementation

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• • Respect intellectual property rights
• • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
• • Report security incidents promptly
• • Cooperate in security and compliance matters

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Gryntor Technologies, its licensors, or other providers of such material. This includes but is not limited to:

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered software and materials as specified in project agreements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and trade secrets disclosed during the course of service delivery. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement.

Service Levels and Warranties

We warrant that:

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, ALL SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gryntor Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and may include:

• • Milestone-based payments for project work
• • Monthly retainers for ongoing services
• • Setup fees and recurring charges
• • Expenses reimbursement

Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in service suspension.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• • All outstanding payments become due immediately
• • We will provide reasonable transition assistance
• • Client data will be returned or destroyed as agreed
• • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
